Planned Parenthood & The Cult Mentality - Open Series

We’ve been reflecting on the defence of Planned Parenthood a lot lately & it occurred to us just how much it can be likened to a cult mentality. Coming to the realization of this dangerous correlation was so disturbing that we felt it needed to be written about.

Here’s how it relates : 
1: Planned Parenthood attacks the family by pitting mothers against their unborn children and calling it health care.

 2:  People are looking for something to belong to, a place where they fit in. Planned Parenthood gives people a feeling of solidarity and like they are part of a tribe. When you attack PP, people take it personally as if you are attacking them, even though you're not. 

3: Planned Parenthood tells women that they can’t get by without them because there is no one else willing or capable of taking care of them. Those who buy into that lie blindly defend these “clinics”  against all the logic, facts, & evidence of misconduct put before them; They are constantly told that the abortion industry and their supporters are the only ones they can trust because no one else has their best interest at heart ( not even pro-life doctors, post-abortive women or former abortion workers ). This business is literally an abuser of women, and these same women feel dependent on them even though they are being hurt in the worst possible ways.

4: Planned Parenthood deceives by exaggerating the services they provide & skewing statistics. 

5: Planned Parenthood makes women question their own intelligence & capability to get through crisis pregnancies but doing so under the guise of “bodily autonomy”, giving them a false sense of being the ones in control.

6: Parenthood keeps vital information from women like: fetal development, ultrasound imagery, the gravity of procedure dangers, etc.

7: Planned Parenthood indoctrinates children from a young age and uses celebrities/ governments to attract people.

8: Planned Parenthood staff are trained on how to successfully sell abortion to women & are bullied to maintain quotas. 

9: Planned Parenthood act like they are above the law by ignoring mandated reporting of sexual assault & abiding by health care protocols.

If you read about or watch documentaries regarding current and former cults, it is undeniable just how similar it is. These are just some of the similarities that come to mind but we’re sure there are many more that aren’t included in this article so we’ve called this an “open series” .

From the moment a mother finds out she’s pregnant, she anticipates the day she’ll get to hear her baby’s heartbeat and see him or her on the ultrasound screen. It doesn’t matter how many times she gets to see her baby, each time is just as special as the one before.  My second ultrasound was filled with silence and concern. When the doctor first told me something was wrong, my initial thought was “the baby must have a deformity or something”.
